Description: Algebra - a great discipline for mind and body! (Can anything labeled a discipline be GREAT?) This class will be a traditional Algebra course, with some hands-on introduction of concepts. The course material demands consistent, daily homework. You should budget 1 to 1½ hours daily (four days a week) for completion of assignments. Parents will be responsible to ensure that their student is completing and correcting each daily assignment. Tests are taken at home. Please have your books at least a week prior to the first class, as pre-homework is assigned that is due the first day of classes!
