About Us

Homeschool Connections is a non-profit organization* that offers enrichment classes to  homeschooled students, elementary through high school.  We exist to complement a homeschooler's current education while not replacing his/her primary curriculum.

Yellow Puzzle  We have grown to over 40 teachers, over 100 classes, over 300 families, over 600 students, and over 2,000 class slots!

Green Puzzle  Our instructors are independent contractors who set their own fees, course content, and materials required for each class.  They are not responsible for overseeing a student’s educational program.  They are here to assist parents and are qualified to help them evaluate their student’s progress in the courses being taught.

Blue Puzzle  Homeschool Connections is administered by a Christian board.  As unpaid board members, we sign a Statement of Faith and attempt to set up classes that will further our children's understanding of the Biblical God and His creation.  We do not, however, require this of our teachers.  We do ask that those whose beliefs differ from this statement teach from a position of respect.

Red Puzzle  We encourage a family learning environment where parents are welcome, with one parent expected to remain on site with his/her child at all times.  Parents are highly encouraged to attend classes with their child.  Parents are also expected to contribute their time to complete facilities or administrative tasks.

Yellow Puzzle  If you are interested in sharing the responsibility of providing such classes to your homeschooler, welcome to our organization.  We look forward to meeting you!
