Tuition

Tuition is due ON TIME.  Submit all checks to the facilitator on the pay date.  Two or more months of late payments will jeopardize future participation in Connections’ classes.

Make checks payable to the teacher except for Brian Raven's classes (payable to the facilitator) and Marianni Magnuson's classes (payable to CORE Theatrics).  Each payment covers 4 weeks of instruction.  Some classes also have copy/material fees.  Each class description contains the relevant details.

Tuition is non-refundable. This includes funds paid over the summer and after classes have started.

Copy/material fees are non-refundable.  This includes funds paid over the summer and after classes have started.  Solely at the teacher's discretion, such fees may be transferable if someone on the waiting list immediately fills your spot.  Talk to the facilitator about whether the teacher will allow this option.

If it is necessary to drop a class after Homeschool Connections' classes have begun, you are bound to satisfy payment of tuition for the next pay period from the date notice of withdrawal was given unless someone on the waiting list immediately fills your spot.  (In other words, notice should always be given with a tuition check paid on time, unless there is a waiting list or classes haven't started yet.)  Remember, when you sign your child up for a class, it should always be with the intention of remaining in it for the entire school year.

If you choose to pay more than one month's tuition in advance, get permission from the teacher first.  You risk losing any money paid in advance should the teacher be unable to continue teaching throughout the entire school year.  No reimbursement is given if a teacher misses a class.
